Cambridge Caribbean Cricket Academy summer camp 2026

The Cambridge Caribbean Cricket Club & Academy will be running a summer camp this year for children and their families to promote Caribbean cricket to the local communities.

The cricket practice runs every Friday from 6pm to 8pm at Netherall grounds for children aged 6 to 18 years old. Adults are welcome to join in the cricket activities and cricket nets are available for adults who are more serious players.

No previous experience required. Please wear tracksuit and trainers, all cricket equipment is provided.

Come and meet the coach Mr John Maynard, former West Indies fast bowler.

      Dear Shona,

      Your 9 years old child is more than welcome to join. There is no need to book, just turn up to any of the sessions we carry out on Fridays from 6pm to 8pm at the Netherhall School sport grounds. [Edit: as the number of people interested as increased significantly, we have added a booking form to the page]
